Power Pages is a two-way, data-driven web portal where authenticated users can interact with your live Dynamics 365 data — submitting forms that create CRM records, viewing their account information, tracking cases and orders, and completing transactions. It requires a Microsoft licence rather than a web hosting subscription, and Finsys Apps designs and builds it as part of your Dynamics 365 ecosystem rather than as a standalone web project.

Power Pages uses the Microsoft Dataverse security model — table permissions, column-level permissions, and web roles — to control access precisely. A customer logging into your portal sees only their own records. A partner sees the records relevant to their account. An administrator sees everything. Yes. Power Pages supports external authentication including Azure AD B2C, which allows you to create a branded login experience for external users who do not have Microsoft accounts.
