Training is then designed around your system rather than a generic reference environment. This onboarding step is included in the training engagement.
This depends on the number of roles, the complexity of the system, and the format chosen. A focused role-based training programme for a Business Central implementation might cover three or four role groups across two training days. A larger, multi-module ERP training programme might span several weeks of sessions. We scope and price training engagements individually based on your requirements.
